Tempering valve blocked. Plumber was very professional, quick and had good product knowledge. Filter cleaned, reassembled, checked and also checked water temperature in the house to ensure it did not exceed 50 degrees. Reasonable price.

Absolutely love this company. I will not go anywhere else. The level of service from the ladies at the office to the plumber onsite is next to none. Love that they keep you informed from start to finish too. Highly recommended
