Brown and Son Plumbing’s scope of work for commercial plumbing is broken down into three different work categories; We aim to exceed expectations in all of these areas.

Brown and Son Plumbing’s plan is to not only maintain all hydraulic items but to individually asset each piece of plant and equipment. This will enable us to keep an accurate history and compliance record for our customers. With this in place, we will know when capital expenditure is required for budget forecasting and when assets are near their end of life.

We have completed many projects and renovations for specialist medical centres, corporate offices and retail towers, data centres, shopping centres, manufacturing facilities, industrial processing plants, Petrol stations and carwashes, schools, residential strata blocks, child care centres and retirement villages. We understand how to work with our clients, so that completed works are always completed to a high standard, on time and within our client's site requirements, to minimise any disruptions.

All Scheduled preventative Maintenance is managed with our recommended and preferred business system, simPRO. Full asset histories, details of upcoming services and attachments capabilities, such as manuals or photos are available to the office and field staff at any time to drive an efficient workflow. 

While onsite, technicians will use the simPRO Application to capture test readings, register any new assets, follow service-level checklists, report defects, make notes on the job and take photos.
